SBK™

After three years of great success Pirelli is again the official tire supplier for Superbike, Supersport, Superstock 1000, Superstock 600.
Supplying the whole paddock in all the different classes, Pirelli has gone beyond the gap between prototyping and production. Through an endless programme of development, which involves technicians and professional SBK riders, a new generation of mass produced tires managed to overcome the performance of the previous hand made prototypes.

So successful has the tie up between Pirelli and WSBK been that DIABLO and WSBK are now almost a single word - feeling WSBK emotions now means you will be feeling DIABLO emotions simultaneously, both at the racetrack and on the roads or during track days, where the performance shown by the tire will be exactly the one you expect.

The SBK "DIABLO paddock" will go on working and racing, testing and setting new reference laptimes, focusing on the new DIABLO SUPERCORSA as its target. In 2007 the SBK class will be using DIABLO SUPERBIKE 16.5" tires, the WSS class will use 17" DIABLO SUPERCORSA rubber, with different specs race by race in order to go on developing new solutions.
STK600 and STK1000 will race with 17" DIABLO SUPERCORSA, in the 180/55 and 190/55 sizes respectively, and in the "SC2" version, which is one of the compounds available on the market for all end users.
This proven development carried out on the DIABLO family represents, and will represent, the best way to improve street tires, offering the best performance riders could want, on the road or at the racetrack.
Our champions win with your tires.
