Run-flat tires

Self-supporting tires or Run-flat tires describe a pneumatic tire structure of radial type provided with any technical solution (for example reinforced sidewalls) allowing the pneumatic tire, mounted on the appropriated wheel and in absence of any supplementary component, to supply the vehicle with the basic tire functions at specified speed and distance when operating in flat running mode.
